E. Wayne Kirk
E. Wayne Kirk, CPA, CVA is a partner in Trinity Valuation Consulting Group, PLC. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1974 and has been actively involved with the valuation of companies since 1990. Mr. Kirk has 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He also has experience in capital structure and sourcing, growth/exit strategies and creative transactional concepts.
Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Kirk was the managing partner of Business Valuations & Consulting and was the co-founder of Kirk & Fortner, CPAs. He is very active in the community and currently resides on the Board of Directors for Wellmont Health System and the Board of Directors for Eastman Credit Union.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kirk is a Certified Valuation Analyst and is involved in a number of professional organizations including:
- Member – American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
- Member – Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA)
- Member (former) – Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA)
- Member – National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA)
Mr. Kirk is a native of Southwest Virginia and has lived in East Tennessee since 1974. He has two grown children and resides in Johnson City, Tennessee with his wife Sue.
